Quotation:
The price is subject to the source/target language, difficulty of document, delivery time, available resources for translation, etc. The final price shall be quoted based on the standard price and adjusted according to the actual condition of the document assigned for translation.

Note:
- The word count of translation is based on Chinese characters calculated by the computer automatically, i.e. TOOL in Microsoft Word → WORD COUNT → CHARACTER ( not including blanks ) . Manual calculation shall be adopted when there is no electronic file, with the same standard as that of the word count in the computer;
- When it is less than 1,000 characters, count as 1,000; more than 1,000, count as per the actual characters;
- For the ordinary documents in WORD, PDF, PPT, etc. with photos and figures, we shall be responsible for the typesetting free of charge, and for those in complicated format, e.g. CAD, Illustrator, PageMaker, InDesign, etc., we shall collect the appropriate costs for typesetting, with the price to be negotiated;
- The price for translation of documents from/to other languages and between foreign languages (count as per the source language) shall be determined through negotiation.
